today (May 17, 2013) I had an appointment bet. 9am 11am for a serviceman from this company to come out to my home (that I own & have lived in since 1989) to give service the front small roof over my indoor sun room, and a condensation problem within the back bedroom ceiling- causing periodic leaking when the weather is very hot & humid.

I just so happen to live on Roosevelt Blvd (south bound side) which over the last 24 yrs I have numerous home improvement projects done and until TODAY, have never had a company complain about not being able to perform the work because according to Chuck, their serviceman "he could not find a place to park" ( on the side that I live, vehicles are & do park there all day and night except between the hours of 7am & 9am for rush hour traffic.(I pointed out 2 posted signs that stated this), then his next excuse was, "my rear driveway was blocked", so he could not park there. A LIE....absolutely nothing blocking the driveway or the entryway to or from it. Then "the traffic goes TOO fast on the Blvd", he's not comfortable parking the vehicle there. I finally heard enough excuses from him...cancelled on the spot and sent him on his way.

GOOD RIDDANCE. But BEWARE.....if you live on Roosevelt Blvd in Phila. don't waste your time calling this company then waiting for the appointed time because "THE TRAFFIC GOES TOO FAST" to have this company work on any of the houses. I guess I am fortunate that in the 24 yrs that I have lived here that ALL the other companies that have done maintenance, repairs and remodelling on my home did not feel that way.

Again GOOD RIDDANCE to this company.
