Poor workmanship from PJ Fitzpatrick
They came out 4 times already. Each time it is worse. I was freezing in my house and my company noticed cold air coming in through the door. They took the paper off my sheetrock. It is very noticeable. The trim is higher on one side, there is a chip in the trim. I run my hands on the trim it is worse than sandpaper. They say they clean up after themselves, that is a lie. The caulking was done very sloppy, worse than the first time. I give PJ Fitzpatrick a zero stars. They do not even deserve 1.

Very impressed
Today a sales technician Mark Lynch came to inspect the gutter. He was very honest. Told me to contact service department. He even took a ladder and cleaned part of the gutter to shoe me that it needs cleaning. Very impressed.

Terrible caulking work.
These butt heads used none paintable caulking on the outside of shower installation. Try painting over that doesnt work. Guess Ill have to cut , spackle, and repaint thanks to their shotty work. Apparently they have no idea on how to caulk, its spread out over an inch from corners, worst is the ceiling what a mess. Just to let you know folks this was their second installation, they had to rip out the first one because they put shower pan in wrong.

Overcharged
StaBrought them out for a small roof repair . Shouldnt have fallen for their small roof repair coupon I received in the mail. Scheduling said the coupon would cover replacing 6 shingles . Once arrived did the repair and Charged me 200 more than previously discussed . Then they used pressure tactics while trying to get me to replace my roof . Shop around - their discounted quote was 40% higher than others I received.

Roofing quote
We called PJ Fitzpatrick for a quote for a roof repair, or new roof depending on how bad the roof was. They seriously overquoted the roof repair price, and then tried to sell me a roofing system that was well beyond anything normal. Final PJ Fitzpatrick quote was 3 times the next roofers quote. I feel as though this is a company that takes advantage of seniors, or executives who don't know better. My house needs a lot fo work, and this company will never hear from me again.

Leak repair on roof
PJ came out for an appointment, he spend 15 mins on the roof and caulked some nails and charged me $360.00 for maybe 30 mins of setting up a ladder and caulking. I think this was a rip off. There was 2 workers, that was $165.00 each. The cost should have been maybe $160.00. Will not use them again, even my real-estate agent said DO NOT USE THEM.

We have used PJ Fitzpatrick for 2 installations and very happy with the quality of their work and with the fact that they delivered on what they promised. Our first time we had 3 windows, one a wide window and 2 sude windows. In addition we had a door done. That was 6 years ago and we coukd not be happier. This year, a week ago, we had a new shower system and it was so good that now I shower every day lol. As to price, we you get what you pay for but they offer 12 month no interest loan which we were able to manage. Will use them again should there be a need.

Ignoring warranty requests
I had a bathtub converted to a walkin shower. some of the caulking developed mol/mildew even after regular cleanings. Spent one $8,300.00 for the job. I still have not heard from a warranty rep after four calls to them.

Ripped off.
I was charged 450.00 for a 94 inch cutter. I told them I had a gutter that I had from a previous job. He used my gutter. Put clips to hold the gutter. That is the only thing I used of the company. l stopped payment on my check I can not believe all the bad complaints of this company. i should call the better business . I will.

Drunk driver?
I was driving in my neighborhood of Kings Grant, marlton NJ, when I was stuck behind a PJ Fitzpatrick car driving about 15mph under the limit. The driver continued to drift in and out of the shoulder as well as brake randomly, causing a traffic jam on crown royal parkway. Get drunk drivers off our streets!

I didn't add the repair man told me I didn't give him the 65$. Until I told him that I had cameras around my house that I could prove I did.
He then magically found the money.
Good try.. not giving you 130$.

Pj Fitz charged me $65 to come out and look at my gutter. He then told me I needed one bracket put in the corner (the very same thing I told the rep when I called to make the appointment.) When the repair came out he told me the flat rate is 250$ just to put a bracket on my gutter! I was quoted half that by companies that gave me free estimates. Insane. I can just imagine what they would charge me for a big job. No thank you!w I will never again call them.

Needed to have a storm door pump installed, they were the only people that responded to my calls. Did a very good job, unfortunately, even after senior discount charged me amost $400! Never again!!!
